Yes, we also have 2 plots of land there that are still undeveloped, but they were sold 11 years ago. However, they belong to people for whom 1000€ more or less certainly does not matter, especially when you consider that the value of the plot has now tripled. Since nothing has happened after 10 years, it seems more likely that it's for the children.

Hi,

back to the actual topic: the property tax assessment has now arrived here as well:

Old: 444.42 €
New: 443.62 €

So it has become 80 cents cheaper! A pleasant surprise, I had actually expected an increase of 100-200 euros.

Best regards

The notice for my own two-family house in NRW just arrived. €576 despite the increase in the multiplier compared to last year (LY €714). I had expected this in that regard.

New notice just arrived in the mail. We are going up with our single-family house built in 1930 and large property from 208€ to 270€... Will be filed away and forgotten, so everything's fine.

How can the amount be so low? Which federal state?

Lower Saxony, we pay more than before. However, our district has lowered the multiplier so that overall it is neutral when viewed across the district.
