How much additional cost according to the structural engineer's calculation?

Or tile material for 35€ per square meter. Not a word about the fact that laying it might cost extra or that you have to pay separately for laying 60x60 tiles.

Just the disposal alone (Z0 is already contaminated if bio material is found there) of excavation soil for the basement including landfill + construction ground contamination test and possibly required sheet piling (2k€ per meter) will most likely kill your buffer of 50k€.

I already wouldn't be able to sleep anymore.
