So everything marked with bauseits has to be done by you. That means the word bauseits. Have you thought about that in advance? That's quite a lot. Judging by your comments, you thought you would just move in turnkey.

The question is rather how "neutral" the neutral site manager really is when he is chosen by the construction company. :rolleyes:
