Kitchen area, transition to dining and access to the terrace have clearly lost with the latest ground floor version. The kitchen area is too wide for practically a 2-line kitchen with a small peninsula. The passages towards the terrace are inconvenient when maneuvering around the table.

Regarding the parents' area ... the closet area drawn on the left side of the plan doesn’t look great due to the corner window .. in general, I find the intended closet areas a bit like “we are creating a labyrinth” and the then open area to the right at head height from the bed I also find unsuccessful.

I can fully understand your wife regarding the floor-to-ceiling windows. And lowering to 75 cm is also worth reconsidering. I also find the distance between the window / intended closet wall in children's rooms 2 and 3 unfavorable. I also find the bathroom planning on the children's floor unfortunate ... the shower in the shell construction is not even 90 cm wide. Exit of the shower facing the washing machine? Washing machine/dryer stacked without laundry folding area is also not ideal.

So, and now enough complaining . By the way, I really like the spacious staircase . Basically, I would try to get a bit more southern light into the living area, especially the kitchen/dining area.

Where should things like bicycles, lawnmower, garden furniture, etc. be stored?

I would also be interested in a plan of the plot with the intended house positioning and possibly building boundaries. It definitely seems completely flat.

Such details are often "rearranged" again anyway when the plan goes to the production stage "statics."

You don't have to be able to open windows at full height; a fixed section at the height of a potted plant would also be conceivable.

I would be interested in that too.

I feel the same way. This new version would be a worsening improvement of the S-version but better than the first...

I feel the same - the proportions somehow no longer fit. Plan the kitchen completely through, the difference between the cabinets is simply too big, which is impractical when working.

Likewise!

Yes, I think so too: regarding the readiness for the "structural engineer" phase (and supply and disposal planning) – that is, the last before the approval planning – I see the draft essentially only one kitchen clarification away. The "[" wall – whether with or without the aquarium viewing window – is also structurally relevant in its position, but therefore no less a priority for the kitchen planning. So, start the kitchen planning so it can move on to the semifinals.

Sorry, I find all the changes unfortunately disadvantageous. I would completely roll them back. The access to the HAR under the stairs probably won’t work that way anyway. I’m into aquariums, but you can’t really view it peacefully at that spot. I find the picture on the wall much more sensible, and the kitchen island would come back in.

The narrow hallway in front of the stairs would also bother me a bit. That’s why I would consider moving the stairs back instead of pulling them forward. That would affect all floors and of course cost money. But then the door to the HAR would also work. However, I still don’t see an aquarium there. It’s best placed in the upstairs office, I think.

The bathroom upstairs remains an eyesore to me. Apart from the direct bedroom access, what bothers me is also that the door hits the "throne occupant" in the knees. Ouch!
