Oh damn, you guys are right as always. On the ground floor, you can easily reach the windows from the outside for cleaning, but not so much upstairs. The wings are quite narrow, so it would probably still work - but no, both should open better.
If one wing is tilted open and the other not, cats are tempted to squeeze through the gap to get outside. They inevitably get stuck and suffocate. Anyone who understands the problem sees the "brilliance" of my idea to only tilt one wing in general [emoji1] Sorry, I was quite tired already [emoji51]
