Cars parked one behind the other is a complete mess, as you either spend half your free time rearranging or end up driving the other car, but something important is left in the first one. Of course, the cars have to be parked side by side.

Fully agree ...

... and again, fully agree.

Due to our poor soil, which would have to be replaced at great expense, we are now considering a basement after all. I have therefore completely redone our design from scratch. It should even be possible without significant additional costs, since the soil replacement is no longer necessary and a much smaller area is sufficient with a basement. However, I still need to get more details from the builder. Well, what can I say, maybe the soil issue was a sign of fate to end up with a basement after all – which we originally really wanted but then quickly dismissed for cost reasons [emoji1] I like the floor plan completely without reservations for the first time now. The bathroom and the basement might still get some fine-tuning, but I think the floor plans offer good solutions. What do you think? Any suggestions for improvement (apart from the entrance, which has not changed and will probably stay that way [emoji12])?

Ah yes, that already looks quite mature. Do the crossed-out window sashes mean that fixed sashes instead of opening sashes are supposed to go there?

Yes, exactly. My wife wishes for that because cats sometimes suffocate between double sashes. And that's completely sufficient. By the way, we have a controlled residential ventilation system, which is why there are so many fixed parts.

Can you explain that to me in more detail? About the cats. I wonder how you want to clean these windows from the outside then.

I don't understand the thing with the cats either. We belong to a cat, and she has zero problems with our windows, which are partly double-leafed. At least I think so. She speaks little, you have to read everything from her eyes, ears, and tail. Karsten
