Hm, to be honest, I lack the imagination for a straight staircase in #25. I have slightly revised the house in the first post based on your tips. Smaller HAR, smaller hallway, larger living room, larger study, bigger staircase (26cm tread, 95cm run width), 1.65m distance between the cars. Really minimal, hardly noticeable

Before building a house became realistic for us, we also often looked at existing terraced houses with extremely narrow staircases - that's really nothing.

We have made further improvements and have now come up with 2 variants. One in which we like the living room inside better, which offers space for 4 cars, 2 of them covered - but where the carport is not ideally positioned in front of the house. And one variant where the carport fits perfectly - but only 3 parking spaces, only 1 of them covered, and the layout of the living room is a bit corridor-like. For the carport above, I initially had doubts because of the terrain slope - but now I hope that an architect can manage it somehow, as sand may be moved back and forth up to 1.5m height beyond the boundaries.

In both versions, the house entrance can only be accessed through the carport ... which is rather annoying. Instead of the many views, a dimensioned top view including the property and carport would be useful.

The parents' dressing room is rather unusable in both versions. 60 cm in front of the wardrobe does not allow much freedom of movement and you always have to pass by the person sleeping.

For me, it's too dark in some places... I already said that. Save yourselves the niche in the bedroom... In the end, you just end up storing stuff there. Are you piano players? Otherwise, the middle area in the living room is as dead as Pokemon Go. The position of the toilet on the upper floor is very unusual. Mark the 1 and 2 meter lines.
