even I can clearly see that :D
Basically, I like the idea. However, I would remove the door between the garage/office, question the pantry (as it is, not even a freezer fits in), widen the doors to the normal standard of 95, and increase the budget for the finishes (corner window, seating window, basement, photovoltaics) by €100,000+.
The spatial effect through the hallway towards the living room from the entrance is very dreary.
However, you have a two-story design above, because the roof pitch was not taken into account: toilet, shower, and stairs probably won't work with a knee wall of 100/130.
Hello, thanks for your comments!
We find the solution with the door garage/office advantageous, as it allows dry access to the house. Why would you remove this door? No freezer or similar is planned in the pantry; here we want to store everyday items (kitchen utensils) and groceries, drinks, etc. We will reconsider the door widths.
Regarding the number of floors: I will revise the plans, then the 2 m lines will also be marked (sorry, this was unfortunately overlooked in the current views). How do you think the "dreary" entrance area could be optimized?
