More of a general comment and not criticism of your draft: Desks should always be arranged at a 90° angle to the daylight source. This has to do with the contrast ratio when you look at the rather moderately lit screen while the background is usually strongly overexposed. In industry, there was a screen work regulation until 2016, which was then integrated into the workplace ordinance and is even mandatory there. This greatly protects the eyes in the long run.
Maybe give some more thought to the exact execution of the staircase. If you want a fully glass railing later, make the steps wider and the rise smaller. This way you avoid small, less aesthetically pleasing glass pieces of around 30cm width. Unfortunately, that happened to us. The underside of the staircase can also be designed straight or curved. This also affects the later appearance. We have to have model panels made because this also "escaped" us during planning.
Successful house design, there's a lot of brainpower behind it and you can see that.
Have you already fully planned the outdoor facilities as well? After completing the house design, we encountered one or two points in the outdoor planning that we could have synchronized better. For example, which lighting should be installed where on the house and the corresponding motion detectors, the camera positions (if planned), preparations for the pool (we had to implement a technical room for the pool in the basement afterwards), etc.
