It is hard to understand that here, since a) windows usually do not make the room dead, but rather the opposite.
Basically, one tries to create a room within the property so that you get a unity of house/property.

b) there are no significant changes regarding partition walls etc., or you also have the option of adjusting the windows/bay window length... ...

I do not think you are operationally blind, because as a layperson one can hardly become that.
The problem is that you are laypeople! Normally, you have an architect or use a good standard design from a general contractor, which you can individually adapt to your living situation with small changes.

How do you want to plan the living room entrance in this house so that it works?
You are building a house costing around €200,000 and up. If the design works 100%, then minor details can be discussed.
I don’t understand the problem now: you are not bound to any basic dimensions (GU type house) and can shift and shuffle (let) until something ultimate comes out!
You have reached your limit.
Take a look on Google under floor plans bungalow!

If your main focus is already cooking/eating, then why make the living area relatively huge and the kitchen relatively small? Or is such a simple L-shaped kitchen enough for you to cook? There's also little other storage space; I could imagine that groceries and such also need to be stored.

Then I also miss appropriate storage space for vacuum cleaners and the like. Additionally, I consider the wardrobe space in the dressing room with about 350 cm very small for 2 people. You also have to store things like bed linen, towels, etc. And also lacking closet space... for example, I currently have 2 to 3 jackets hanging there alone in winter, which I wear alternately. And then there are shoes and so on.

I also see... Start over. Sorry.

If the home office is not used for work daily, I would place a large cleaning cabinet here instead of a separate storage room. This can hold the vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, [Toipa], kitchen roll, shoe cleaning materials, etc.

For us, a simple L-shaped kitchen is perfectly suitable to fit everything in, and the countertop space is also sufficient. Our current kitchen is just under 8m², so this is already a considerable enlargement. The living room is planned to be this large because, among other things, a big couch, sideboards, a fireplace, and a huge dog bed have to fit in there. Not to mention the oversized TV that my husband absolutely had to buy, even though we hardly use it.

Regarding the dressing room: at the moment we have a 250cm wardrobe, and everything fits in there without any problems. There is also plenty of storage space for bedding in the bed box.

Only the crooked entrance to the living room and the small storage room don’t seem optimal to us either. Maybe we should reconsider the choice of plot in general. A corner plot does come with some disadvantages after all.

Are the furniture pieces in the floor plan drawn to scale? The couch, for example, looks quite small, as does the dining table.

In my opinion, the garage is also too short. Larger cars won’t fit in there.

The kitchen drawn in looks like an L shape with side lengths of about 250 cm each.. okay, if that’s enough for you.. it wouldn’t be enough for me.
