, what is the A to V ratio? I made the setback there to have a small covered bed airing area accessible from the bedroom.

... Combining the guest and study rooms is out of the question? Although, of course, these two rooms also make such a bungalow interesting for a family with two children.

I have been racking my brain over the floor plan for some time now. I just can’t make the hallway any smaller.

Within the same outline, I came up with this layout:

Disadvantages ..
longer way from the garage
or additional way from the street to the entrance
terrace is also less private as a result

Advantage:
You can enter the house without clearly having to pass private rooms.

.. what is the stair option supposed to achieve? Possible storage space under the roof? With a hipped roof, creating living space up there makes no sense at all.

The only thing that bothers me is the hallway - especially when you still refuse to have skylights and daylight spots.

How long is the hallway now? It keeps getting longer - plus a few corners, that's not improved... sorry One could rather shift the southern halves of the houses down to relativize the corners. finds Yvonne

Alright already .. the hallway is always the sticking point .. I'm already at version 9. It should also show that it's not so easy to just say that this or that version is not good or has a flaw here or there and you shift a bit and everything becomes fine.

Somehow I’m currently imagining an entrance from above right into the middle of the house ... no, of course just kidding, but it would enormously shorten the hallway space

It's also classic like that... Entrance in the middle, private area on one side, public area on the other side. What was the argument against this again?

The garage, which due to its location removes the possibility of a window
