Just rotate the building 90 degrees, the front door will then be facing north.
Then place the house 5 m away from the northern boundary to get a sufficiently wide driveway to the garage; in the rearmost corner at the garage, with a window facing east, the bedroom, further forward and with access to the garage, the utility room. Further west are the bathroom, toilet, and main entrance.
On the south side are the living room, kitchen, and work/guest room.

My personal favorite for this would be a shed roof sloping to the south with a terrace roof and sun protection in the summer.
