The storage room is a very sensible wardrobe solution

Yes, as already said, the garage was not to scale. The couch fits and it depends on the dining table. In the first floor plan, it was about 140 cm, now I have drawn it with 180 cm. I have now made a few more changes to the room layout:

now also with the garage dimensions. I hope the 350 x 600 cm fit for that.

I don't find the solution quite right yet. For example, one person has no possibility for a bedside table next to the bed.

Garage with internal dimensions of about 540 cm could become very tight. What about bicycles, for example? What about lawnmowers, etc.?

The lower chairs at the dining table have quite little room to move.

Should the study also get a sleeping option?

The entrance still seems quite narrow to me... guest greeting, etc., and above all also dark, because there is no proper light entering the hallway.

And in general, I find it a pity which rooms are now all facing west / south, but are not intended for living.

We are also building a bungalow. I particularly notice the covered terrace here. We also considered that at first, but then adjusted it to just over half. Regarding the kitchen, I fear something like a "loophole view." Of course, it depends on how far your roofing will extend. It really costs a lot of light, which is a real shame especially in the kitchen.

Yes, I would have to do without the bedside table then, or we simply enlarge the floor plan on the entire side by another 0.5 m. We would like to store bicycles and garden tools in a small garden shed. Yes, I need a guest couch in the study, but it is only for resting in between and not intended for overnight guests. Glass doors should make the hallway appear a bit brighter, but we clearly understand that they won't provide direct sunlight. Unfortunately, a transom window is out of the question; my husband finds it visually terrible. I have now tried mirroring the entire floor plan:

Unfortunately, I still find that inappropriate.

What kind of streets are these .. small residential streets or how should one assess that? What is in the East and what comes in the North?
