The dining area is currently not comprehensible to me.

As for the further procedure: if Sophie and Christoph are not open to giving a room a different form (30 sqm huge living area seems stuck there for eternity, for example, and no sqm will be given up), nothing better will probably come of it. But that was already readable in the first posts, that the OP does not want to depart from the basic shape.
What requirements are there: three times the statement about the roof window, but can someone help us out and tell us which roof shape is specified?
I think already wrote that one should resort to a staggered shed roof to bring light into the darkness (and maybe also to add some pep).

Good night

Morning,

of course we are also open to changing one or the other room a bit. Apart from the dining table for the kitchen and the wardrobe, which we would install ourselves, we already have all the furniture here and will of course have to plan the rooms accordingly. Our living room currently has almost the identical dimensions as the one in the drawings (now even a bit bigger) and our furniture just fits in. I would also like to be able to walk around in the living room.

We are not fixed on the basic shape either, but it is not so easy to fit everything well on such a small plot. I also already have two other floor plans here that would simply exceed the building area by several meters.

For the bungalows, hipped roofs are specified here. The whole residential area is characterized by traditional architecture.

Best regards
Sophie and Christoph

Hello again

I also wanted to point out to fully utilize the building envelope in the northern area. In the ideas you showed, the usable garden in the south is always, in my opinion, significantly reduced or the terrace where people usually sit in the afternoon/evening is in the shade

I tried again as well.

Unfortunately, the hallway remains quite long and relatively large. Overall, it has now become 129 m².
Kitchen / living room / study with glass doors, guest room possibly partially glazed.

Larger cloakroom
Storage room for supplies / vacuum cleaner etc.
Washing machine in the utility room
more space in the bedroom closet area

Perhaps as a suggestion.

Good morning

The northern building window will definitely be used optimally.
The recessed bathroom could make the bathroom appear somewhat dark.
Additionally, it unnecessarily worsens the A to V ratio.

What I would like to suggest in general:
If possible, I would dimension the hallway so that a staircase might be possible at some point.
Possibly combine office and guest room "only occasional overnight guests" and thereby have an additional "living room."
