Even if it were, it is just as important for the rooms to know where neighboring buildings, paths, streets, gardens, etc. are. Also cardinal directions, sources of noise, where technical supply lines arrive, maximum building heights, and so on. But those who don’t want to, already have an excuse.

Salami tactics here means, by the way: You only reveal information piece by piece. Not that some stranger (city, architect, etc.) should meet you halfway with anything. I have the impression that was unclear...

For several pages now, you have been asked to write everything(!) you know in one (1!) post. Exactly according to the questionnaire, which you do not read and then answer whatever you want, but which you copy and answer point by point here.

At 34 years, I can manage that. But at 84, I wouldn't want to get through an 80cm gap with a walker that is 10cm narrower (which, by the way, also assumes that the measurements are finished dimensions and not raw construction dimensions, otherwise it gets even tighter). And turning the walker around at the back is not possible at all. This is not planned for old age but rather an alleged possibility grafted on.

If the semi-detached house was and is fraternal, it still remains a semi-detached house. Whether you call your half "abnormal," "special," or "unique," it remains a semi-detached house. Even in Klein-Krotzenburg ;-)

That is unfortunate in that case, because he will have to wait for your upper floor plan to develop the ground floor. Developing a house in such an asymmetrical team (architect and laypeople) is quite ambitious – that would already be a top-class challenge with the team constellation "architect and architecture students." Maybe it will help a little if you only approximately instead of exactly keep the promise to stay within the old dimensions. But you all need to agree at least, because currently the floors are planned with different widths (8.95 and 9.12 wide). It might also be helpful here to show the basement (I assume the existing basement is to remain?) – is it located on the boundary?

He surely knows that. It’s basic knowledge in the studies. Sorry, but the whole thing about the house doesn’t look like it comes from an architect.
