The house is not really a semi-detached house, but is being built in the core of a small Hessian small town. There is not much meaningful variation there.
The small room in the eat-in kitchen is a storage room. That could move to the small (25 sqm) basement. The technical room is there as well.

Remove the small room. And draw proper furniture to scale.

No one really understands it here, but professionals should still get to work. 29 sqm hallway is quite a statement. I’ll say it as always, directly and bluntly, “This thing is nothing.” - Hallway, large yet narrow - Mini kids’ room - Dining area in the kitchen - … Why does (almost) every builder believe they can be an architect? :rolleyes: When the children are (finally) out of the house, you finally have space (time and money) in your own place (hobbies, crafting, model trains…) and don’t want to “squeeze” yourself into a 2.5-room apartment.

There isn’t much sensible variation there.
