Our wishes were as follows:

Ground floor
open living/dining/kitchen area (at least 40 sqm; L-shape - not a corridor)
Living area not as a traffic route
Facing south (bank, nicely planted and view into the greenery)
Guest room on the ground floor (approx. 10 sqm) near shower/toilet
Utility room at least 9 sqm, access to the garden, reachable from the hallway
Not too many square meters as hallway
Storage option under the stairs (shoes & jackets or supplies)
Stairs not immediately next to the front door

Upper floor
2 children's rooms (at least 15 sqm), south or west facing
1 bedroom (approx. 12-14 sqm), north or east facing
Dressing room (at least 6 sqm, whether enclosed, walk-through or separate from the bedroom)
Bathroom (at least 11 sqm)
Not too many square meters as hallway
Storage option

Then specifications for the plot:
In the west there is a line with a protection strip, therefore the house entirely in the east for a large south-west terrace
House as far forward as possible, since the bank takes up a lot of space and there should still be enough lawn area for playing

If you have ideas for a standard floor plan (which I can use as inspiration) that meets these requirements, I would be very grateful

Which list? The OP planned and drew, the general contractor had his draftsmen sign off.

Why? I've never heard of a general contractor refusing to build the well-thought-out plans of his client.
It is always said here: "It’s your money, so you decide."
Ultimately, the client often makes the mistake of thinking that he now has the knowledge and experience of an architect, just because he knows how to draw a wall with the PC.

To practice a bit of self-criticism: that was also my way of thinking at the beginning... So this line of thought is certainly not to be dismissed by many...

I really like your ground floor layout compared to the others. Spacious square entrance area instead of a narrow hallway, quiet living room, minimal space around the stairs yet no open staircase. The space underneath is well used as a small pantry and storage, guest WC next to the guest room instead of once past the front door, etc.

Upstairs I could live well with it too. I don’t think the niche for child 2 is that bad either; I would have loved the cozy corner as a child. An alternative would be something like downstairs. Shower then to the left of the bathroom door, sinks to the right of the door. Opposite, under the slant, bathtub and toilet. The only downside: the dressing room becomes quite small, especially if it should also have a window. Probably would need another wardrobe in the spacious bedroom. The advantage would be that the children’s rooms are the same size and well laid out. By the way, I find the roof windows in the bathroom wonderful. You only look into the sky and have maximum privacy and also a lot of light. The drumming of heavy rain doesn’t bother you in the bathroom anyway.

Once again, you can see how different tastes are!

But the staircase, which is only 3 meters long, has nothing to do with taste…
