Yes, the corner in the children’s room II also gives me a headache. The hope was to reach at least 210 cm there, so maybe a double bed would fit. Do you have any ideas on how we can solve this differently?

Oh dear. Our neighbor and someone from the village built with it. Were not even close to satisfied.

Our plasterers stained the neighbor's brick facade as well as the roof with plaster (pipe burst). Now he asked Eco-System (site manager) how best to remove it so that the warranty is not affected. The site manager referred to the lawyer and said it is none of your business... Customer service, even after construction, is different...

Thank you for your assessment. We are indeed not stuck on the straight staircase, but we have no other ideas. Do you have any suggestions? It is important to us that the staircase is not too close to the front door. For the HTR, we want direct access to the garden because of hanging laundry and taking off rubber boots ;) if this were missing, we are very sure that we and our little son would walk through the living area.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to quickly find a floor plan at Town & Country where the stairs are not located directly next to the entrance area. Is there a specific model you had in mind? I would also prefer not to start discussions pro/con certain general contractors here, and individual reports of unhappy experiences during construction certainly won’t help. But I am happy to continue to accept constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement regarding the floor plan :)

Then one last request. No matter who you build with. Please take an external construction supervisor. Back to the topic

No, I only mentioned this provider because they are strong in this market segment and have a corresponding variety of functional building proposals in their range.

From my side, it was more of a question for understanding. As far as I remember, this provider has a program with fixed exterior wall frames, within which you can only redesign the interior wall layouts. However, I consider it much more promising to reengineer the floor plan rather than just patch it.
