Hello everyone,

we have revised the following things based on your feedback:

1.) We followed through on the idea from to make the hallway smaller and have made it even shorter at the expense of the entrance area. As it is now, it should be sufficient. Thus, the total floor area is smaller.

2.) The floor area on the upper floor now corresponds to the floor area on the ground floor. The bedroom has now been made more inviting and access to the master bathroom/laundry room is now possible through the hallway.

One more note so that you can better classify the master bathroom (there have already been negative remarks here): For us, everyday practicality is the top priority. It is not meant to become a "wellness oasis". That means laundry is washed here and hung out on the balcony during the summer months. Nevertheless, a sensible layout should of course be created.

Here again is the north view:

3. Below is the view of the entrance area including the gallery. Is this at 2x2.20 meters too tight or does it look like nothing? It is not necessarily meant to become the highlight of the house, but also should not give the impression of: "wanted but failed." For better assessment, here is a picture (the built-in cabinets are of course intended to reach up to the ceiling in the implementation):

The hall doesn't have to create this impression on its own, it gets plenty of support. I don't see any significant improvements, but many changes, practically a new design all the time. You can also overuse an Infinite Monkey, but you don't have to ;-) (I already sound like , but that's because of the design).

Over 16 sqm bathroom and then this? The cut-out corner for the shower is visually missing in the gallery. I would definitely straighten that out. Don’t worry, the bathroom is still big enough. ;)

I see a problem with the drainage of the children's bathroom above the (open) kitchen. It will drip all the way to the dining table.

The hallway on the upper floor is hugely wide, just like the kitchen island is way too long. Overall, all of this is too big, especially if there will also be a basement. I see more like 750 to 800K here but certainly quite a bit of saving potential as well.

I don't know what ceiling height is planned, but the staircase situation looks a bit tight. Either too much overlap, so that tall people have a slight risk of hitting their heads when going down. But also somewhat little space at the bottom compared to the last step.

The children's bathroom should get a window, it only needs to be small and with a sill height of 150 or so.

The storage room should rather be a slightly deeper storage cabinet, then you also have some play with the door to the master bedroom and the length of the staircase.

If you look down from above onto the gallery, then without the cut-out shower corner you would see the top surface of the wardrobe cabinet. Hence the wall in the bathroom was moved further to the left according to the plan.

The question is whether the drainage on the tall cabinet side of the kitchen would be that disturbing?

The hallway on the upper floor is as wide as the hallway on the ground floor. We kept it the same upstairs and downstairs for statistical reasons as laypersons.

The kitchen island can certainly be shortened.

The floor height should be about 2.90 m. The staircase has a length of 4.15 m.
