First of all, thanks for the drawing with suitable tools and the easy-to-read questionnaire completion. Why does the building boundary recede into the garage in such a jagged way – is this due to a tree-fall boundary? I am surprised by a plan on millimeter paper – which actually suggests reasonable accuracy only to the decimeter – about dimensions like "twometerseven". As a look over the garden fence, I recommend the thread by
A forest playground is located a few meters away. To avoid noise conflicts with the neighborhood, the boundary was set this way. We hope that a garage at this location should be unproblematic. According to the development plan, however, it must actually be within the building window.
Millimeter paper and correct furniture. Great
Does the garage fit? For 2 cars, somewhat narrow and a bit short at the boundary – yes, 5 meters are tight. However, we don't want to move the house further west and place it so close to the pool.
3 bathrooms and no bathtub? - We definitely do not need a bathtub.
I would make the shower in the master bath a bit wider. - Okay, thanks for the hint. We assumed that 1.50 in length by 1 meter in width would be sufficient.
I don’t like the entrance, but I can’t think of anything better - Can you describe more precisely what you don’t like? The entrance is the only area where we are unsure. We could make the guest room smaller in favor of widening the corridor to the guest WC. Although actually 1.20 before the wardrobe should be enough.
I like the floor plan! Minor points:
Sofa with windows behind and view against the wall instead of the pool is something you have to like – I don’t. I would put it the other way around and hang the TV on the west wall (narrow the west windows for that). - Valid point. We already tried it the other way around. However, the offset sofa in the bay window and a larger TV wall outweigh for us the possible view to the pool.
I would adjust the width of the kitchen window to the kitchen island. I’d rather make the right side a bit shorter and have 120 cm clearance between tall cabinets and the island side. This is the distance that has proven very good for us. At 100 cm, you squeeze past each other quite tightly. - Thanks, we will try that. This would mean that the kitchen island must be shortened by 20 cm.
I would swap the kids’ bathroom with the dressing room (both 6 sqm) and then choose a room sequence "Parents > Dressing room > Bath". The one who gets up first wouldn’t have to go back through the bedroom but could use the back exit in the bathroom. It also offers more privacy when the kids grow up because the dressing room cannot be reached via the hallway. - Haydee is right (see below)! Actually, the small 6 sqm room was intended as a storage room. However, we like your solution better! Everything we wanted to put in the storage room can be accommodated in the additional cupboard in the dressing room. Now the question: Can we place a kids' bathroom at this location (above living room and dining room)? Where do the pipes run?
I would remove the narrow west window in the bedroom and place the bed’s headboard there. This way you have a nice view from the privacy-protected (preferably large) north window and it also won’t get too hot in summer. - If we can really make a kids’ bathroom from the storage room (due to piping), it will be done that way! Thanks!
You and the kids don’t bathe? With such a generous bathroom, I would probably install one. Who knows if you wouldn’t appreciate it when having a cold, tension, pain, or something else. - We really don’t need a bathtub. We want to use the space instead and put a kind of utility room cabinet in the bathroom with washing machine and dryer, so that we can wash and hang laundry where it arises.

I interpreted the room upstairs as a storage room and not as a dressing room.
There is a large cupboard in the bedroom - Yes, exactly, although Würfel's idea is very good (see above)
