The following situation: Our development plan allows for 2 full floors. This means we could design the roof in such a way that we can convert it later if desired. But what does this mean concretely? Does anyone have experience or reference values regarding the financial and technical implications of creating an expansion reserve?
Wouldn't it have been more sensible to discuss this (long ago) here instead of starting a separate new thread about it?
