Despite the gigantic house size, I see quite compact rooms upstairs.

I quickly rearranged things before jumping into the car. That's pretty astonishing. But 9x12m seems to me a totally unfavorable dimension. Neither fish nor fowl, and there are always bottlenecks somewhere, even though there should actually be quite a bit of space. But you shouldn't overlook the wall thickness of 42.5. Still - it's quite possible that you'd rather plan everything completely new. It's done quickly anyway.

The staircase is planned at 17.9/27 with a floor height of 2.5 m. With /28, the hallway would be even smaller, that's true. Due to the problem with the hallway width, we have already reduced the originally planned floor height from 2.61 m to 2.50 m, otherwise we would have needed an additional step or the staircase would have gone to 18.5/26 (which is actually too steep for us).

Did an architect really plan the staircase? Floor height 250 cm means a maximum clear room height of 225 cm and I can't believe that. You see, the lower staircase is planned with a rise of 18.7 and a tread depth of 26.5 .. running width 100 cm and, I correct, floor height 280 cm.

First, at first glance, I would place the house like this to have a nice big garden. Entrance then rather from the side. Does this lead too far to rethink the entire ground floor?

I would leave it. But certainly, the site should determine the orientation here. Rotating the staircase with this house size is also silly, because quite a bit of actual living space would be lost, and that would be bad. Maybe one should simply swap the kitchen and living room. Since the kitchen is to be separated, then open the dining area opposite the staircase, turn the table, and thus create a great visual axis. Living room then where the kitchen was... What really bothers me strongly here is that you stand in the hallway and don’t feel welcomed by the house. There are shelves in the hallway... there is a viewing window, and there is the staircase that turns away. And then behind the staircase there is another hallway section, where I don’t know where it leads me. I would probably end up orienting myself in the office.

Why do you want to build such a labyrinth? You have to go around 5 corners to get to the living room.

I would leave it. But certainly the terrain should determine the orientation here.

Also the question whether neighbor No. 3 looks from the terrace into one’s garden? The OP would have to state their preferences there.

I would never give up on a higher floor height, 2.50m is simply too little, it doesn't look that nice. Just imagine how your hallway will look... it will get dark towards the back left. Is that supposed to be a glass window in the living room wall facing the hallway? If so, should your children's friends walk past it in the evening while you are lying on the sofa? Why should the dressing room be separate from the bedroom? I find that very impractical, how do you get to your clothes if the children have visitors upstairs?
