That will be the case. Different building forum… …bad memory  The planning I referred to is from early June. There was already a lot of frank talk then. Furthermore, you can read that an architect sees a problem in a basement due to groundwater and the costs of securing against water on this property. Everyone (experts and forums) warn about costs and feasibility (sewage and basement heating). There will probably be a third forum involved regarding sewage in the basement. The expert advises one thing, in the forum they try to hear the opposite. It’s actually a classic. Floor plan of House 42 Photos in another forum Next year it will continue in another forum ;) Let’s first settle down. Time is not a factor ;)

... aka "On the other hand," as the OP called himself in "Single-family house with guest area: 'Floor space instead of basement'”.

I had formulated there at the time:
Go to an architect only with your requirements profile, never bring your own drafts into the discussion before the professional has developed their own ideas of a possible building body.

No, I am registered here like the OP. It is also a public forum. You don’t have to search for it.

However, I distance myself from the fact that the username is inserted here. That shouldn’t have happened and leads to nothing here either.

but one does not have to copy posts/images from there over here.

It is the same draft, nothing new, not secret - not a matter for exaggerated reactions.

The OP is the master of his own fortune here - if you ask him whether it has ever been discussed before, possibly to point out the missing learning curve, and he "knows nothing" about it, then there really is no sign of a learning curve.

If it had been the very first draft… But he has been fiddling with it for quite a while.

Read the thread from June again, the forum where many architects are and have also replied. Almost all the answers had content!
And now look where you have landed after half a year…
