That exact plan and approach is what I meant.

Sometimes you first have to prepare the fertile ground for advice through previous experience. And if this forum and such threads have achieved one thing, it is the insight for me that I will do it exactly like this in the next build.

So with all due respect... but if someone has an hour on Sunday, that is on the weekend, to post such a contribution here, then you can't put it in "Attention" on Thursday already if they have only replied sparsely by then? For someone without children or of a certain age, when the children have left home, that may be hard to understand, but many people have to juggle a lot during the week. Besides, it is currently the pre-Christmas season. People with younger children know what that means. Baking cookies here, performance at school there, Christmas concert, dance club performance, etc.

But those are two different things (?) First to plan conceptually in multiple stages, before continuing with drawing as well as not going to the architect with drawings, but only with requirements and wishes (aka "leading with goals") and to compare the professional preliminary design with your own studies only after it has been created, instead of "injecting" it with them are hints I have already given in many threads here, which in the house construction roadmap however do not appear: there it is about the phase model of the HOAI and my advice to use this independently of who is doing the planning and whether you pay according to the table, as a roadmap(template). And – very important! – that the seemingly passive phase of dough rest is an independent module phase of the roadmap (mine roadmap, since in the HOAI this "pause" logically does not appear). The post "The upper floor has priority" is just one of the excursuses on this.

Yeah, I just combined it once. My next build is still a while away. Until then, I'll read through it again, promised.

Reading my notes here and the schedule is, of course, always a good combination.
By the way, my schedule is always happy when the comment function is used for feedback,
after all, it is meant to be and remain an "interactive" learning schedule.

If you apply both for the "second house for a friend," you can at first just enter "happy Wife" into your GPS for the first house ;-)

Especially since the planning will probably drag on for months anyway...
