And one more addition: to achieve something like this in single-family house construction, well (=comfortable) planned rooms that are also optimized in terms of construction technology and building physics and can be created within the budget framework, the architectural training takes many years.

The preliminary building inquiry is made before performance phase 3; you rarely get to the builder less than four months later. In between are costly planning phases in terms of time and money (which may then be wasted).

For luck, I would cautiously add reason as well. The tuition fee is not "everything"; at the time of realization (as here freshly lamented in the example of by ) you have your building plot contaminated with the corpus delicti of your mistake, which besides the sustainability aspect is also economically too young to clear the property of it again. Checking this before committing is already a very worthwhile idea.

Is there a finalized plan here by now?

No, there is no finished plan yet.

Maybe you should have asked for a finished preliminary draft, since many questioners understand a "finished" plan only as the "final" draft that is already in the building authority's inbox.

That's exactly what I expected after 3 months. Well, some just take their time. Maybe one is waiting for falling prices.
