Yes, we did, we absolutely did not like the drafts.

On the outside it looks at least somewhat better. Parents' bathroom: shower better 1 m wide and at least 1.2 m long KBad? Swap sink and washing machine/WT. In my opinion, there should still be a shower in there. Is the TV supposed to go on the half-high wall?

We only have a 70x70 shower now, that's why everything seems so big. But the bathroom is not yet finally planned, so we are still open on that. We would like to have a bigger window
Then we would have three showers. We have two here now and one is not used. The architect also has three kids and said two are enough. Regarding the sink - why? I would have thought it is more pleasant to have the sink in front of me.
yes, exactly.

I fully share that view. The striking resemblance between the sketches in the opening post and all subsequent variants up to and including the most recent one can only give rise to the well-founded suspicion that a draftsman rather than an architect was consulted here. This naturally prevents any alternative designs from emerging. The essentially unchanged design then inevitably results in limited potential for surprises regarding the freedoms to arrange the facade composition differently. Locked-in design at its "best" :-(

So even if we back then didn’t really get along with Gussek Haus, it definitely wasn’t because of the drafts that were presented to us. Both the catalog variants and the modifications thereof were basically fine and very livable. Of course, if I am fixed on my own “design” from the start, no matter how good an alternative is, it simply can’t win points. Do you happen to have one of those drafts you didn’t like to show here?

Here you go:

Kiefernallee v2 + Sanderau was the basis for the current design. The similarity to our design was coincidental; we saw it during the preliminary sampling and took it as a basis.

Here is a design from an architect we no longer work with – this person only received the list of our priorities and unfortunately did not adhere to everything and simply said "not possible" regarding some things during the feedback meeting.
