Definitely not. We are currently planning a house from Lower Saxony in Brandenburg and are always quite surprised when we say "no clinker" (due to unnecessary costs).

So, here we are again, we have now reached the point where I dare to show it.

Not final are:

- Bathroom on the upper floor,
- Basement. This is and will remain a utility cellar. We do not want any living spaces down there. However, the layout and height are not yet fixed.
- Kitchen (So already this detached island, in terms of the idea, but everything else in it is just a placeholder from the architect's program).

Exterior views on the eaves sides are a bit tricky and we still have no solution for the unrest there.

The upper floor is okay, in my opinion. The ground floor is way too convoluted for me. Just go to the architect, and WITHOUT this scribbling.
