Hello , I don't think the plan from #33 is that bad. I am missing the furnishings for an exact assessment. Especially the kitchen / living room / bedroom and bathrooms should be furnished to scale. Since the utility room/HAR is so small, it’s best to include that as well. For 6 people, you will probably need an extra hot water tank. Heating, electrical connection, water connection, washing machine, dryer – I think that will be more than tight. The hallway is quite spacious – you will probably have to sacrifice some of that space. With your plot of land, I see relatively high development costs coming your way. You first have to build a road leading into the property and then to the house. Then all the utility lines. Paths, parking spaces – in my opinion, it’s all somewhat further than usual. You should keep that in mind.

Yes, the thing with the development costs is unfortunately correct. But better that than an unsuitable plot :rolleyes:
Attached are the furnished floor plans. At the request of my better half, we swapped the utility room and a study to give the utility room at least 2 sqm more space.

I find the floor plan pretty good. And each person also has their own room. I think that's great. In my opinion, relocating the utility room also makes sense.

A shared office is unfortunately not an option, as my wife needs to plan quietly, whereas I have many conferences.
We tried that here in the house and gave up...
I still have concerns about the multipurpose room, whether it is too loud (echo) and whether the large room can be made cozy. What is your experience with that?
