Floor plan discussion and improvement suggestions

I fear the house will be a bit too much for the budget. There is a lack of storage space and rather too much circulation area here. With an eaves height of 8 m, the [B‘Plan] does allow for an attic. Please set everything up accordingly.

Yes, you are right, my mistake... It is of course 8 meters ridge height, not eave height. Therefore my concerns / exclusion of the attic as living space. With 8m eave height, there would be no problem, correct.

we have a floor plan quite similar to yours planned (building application is currently being completed). However, with only one study and the bedroom on the ground floor.
I just wanted to encourage you. For 200 sqm your budget should be enough.
