The exterior door for the offices is then no longer optional, because otherwise coworkers would have to walk through the living area to get to the meeting.

That actually looks great! The exterior doors are optional for us because my wife plans the lessons alone and my team is located 250 km away, I work 100% remotely (independent of the pandemic). :D

I overlooked the 22° roof. Maybe you saw that I had planned a glass ridge with open ceilings up to the roof in the hallway above. Not unimportant for this floor plan. Otherwise, the hallway quickly becomes dark. Although you can also plan skylights at doors, the effect is of course quite different:

Whether it still looks good with 22° would need to be tested in 3D.
