The dressing room is actually planned for a 3m wardrobe. Previously, the length was 2.96 and we have now extended it. According to the planner, about 1.5 cm must be taken off each side so that a 3m wardrobe should fit. Do you think more can be taken off?
Theory and practice. The locksmith works to the millimeter, the plasterer to the centimeter, and the bricklayer is happy if he stays on the property. Someone described it to me like that once. ;)
No, but a brick wall is rarely exactly as planned. 1-2 cm can easily happen. Then maybe not exactly at a right angle and the plasterer has to compensate 2cm more in the corner. But you’ll miss that later. Many wardrobes are not only 3m but a few centimeters more because of the frame and so on. Then you still have to assemble the thing or push it into the gap. You should also consider that.
Mh we like the parent wing.. what would be the idea of the swap?
You have to like it. I think I don’t like that it looks as if the bedroom has a hallway. I don’t really know either. I look at it and don’t like it. But it might be subjective. The advantage of the swap would be to integrate the hallway more into the dressing room with some creativity or to separate the bedroom and mainly have simpler pipe routing because the bathroom would then be above the office and thus above the building technology. (If I have it right in my head).
