Reluctance

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I really like the idea of implementing the corridor this way. The only thing that bothers me is the somewhat smaller bathroom. I thought the spacious bathroom before was quite nice – I would also like to put a shelf there and attach a few more towel rails, etc. Unfortunately, all of that seems too tight in this design. I tried to make the bathroom bigger, but that only worked by creating a stepped form in the hobby room. Not so great either somehow. Does anyone have another idea? By the way: the regulations state that windows are only to be installed in a vertical format. I pointed this out again to the planner regarding the question about transom windows in the bathroom. Apparently, he hadn’t read the regulations properly beforehand – and has now made all the windows (previously 1.51m wide – my wish was 2m wide) into 1m x 1.26m mini-windows. I’m a bit shocked now. Is the regulation really to be understood like that? I had counted the requirement per sash. How do I deal with this now – does anyone have an idea for suitable windows that comply with this regulation? This is now a proposal with your information.
