Negative comments can also certainly open eyes again ;) ... even if we think it's pretty pretty good :) ... it only gets bad; if we have to take the boxing gloves out again because of possibly justified negative remarks ;-D

I do not see any planning errors. I would have the door in the WC swing outwards. I would also skip the utility room door to the kitchen. It takes up valuable space on both sides. The house is not that big that you can’t walk through the hallway. If I were you, I would take a closer look at the kitchen and the bathroom.

From my point of view, quite rightly so: the current status resembles the original draft in its basic features, but has become significantly clearer in detail. In development, I would therefore speak of progress. Whether the thing is built in yellow or green is then a matter of taste :)

Whether they are ultimately rated negatively or positively, everyone can decide for themselves.

Generally: I have only "skimmed" the history now, but if the signature was set on 30.04., you can't expect the final floor plan three weeks later. It doesn't read as if there have already been x appointments, floor plans have been drawn, and after the 6th appointment the signature was finally requested. The brainstorming of the contractor therefore only began on 30.04.

[*]I have seen a very oddly shaped plot. House entrance practically around the house once. You are actually flexible in that regard...
[*]I wouldn't want a humming heat pump (they don’t get quieter over the years) near the dining/living wall, nor a spinning washing machine; the technical room therefore belongs somewhere "in between" (bath/utility room/...) or pushed into the last corner of the house
[*]You can hardly use the 2 m² in the utility room directly in front of the window. Even a 30 cm shelf protrudes into the window... And that's exactly where all the supplies should be stored on properly deep shelves. Washing/heating/storage, all on 11 m², hm. Potatoes would then smell like washing powder....?
[*]The cloakroom is too small. (If the floor plan is basically meant to remain like this, I would make the main bathroom smaller (can be optimized) and allocate the entire wall for cloakroom/shoe cabinet etc. You otherwise have no storage space. (There is no chicken ladder to the attic here for seasonal items (Christmas/Easter etc.)
[*]I read that a small office had to be sacrificed, just like the access house/garage and the L-bungalow was also dropped! Why?
[*]Maybe one could move the kitchen "forward" (living/dining is deep enough) and then make it a complete U, so that the heat pump could be "hidden" behind... but then one would have to completely renovate, you know...
[*]You never have enough cabinets. I would try to find space in the bedroom for 2-3 m of cabinets
[*]The end of the hallway (child 2) is/is going to be dark, small improvement --> glass door into living room
    [*]...
As said. You are still at the beginning of the planning and not on the home stretch.

But now I have to mow the lawn... ;)
