Floor plan bungalow 140 sqm - suggestions?

We only have one child. Child 2 = office/guest room :-) Otherwise, we wanted to have enough storage space. That’s why there’s a niche in the office, where a built-in wardrobe will go. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I’m happy to help. Building in Brandenburg :)

There are always nice floor plans that fit the residents and also the property. 13.50 x 13.50 probably doesn't fit, as the property narrows significantly on the east side.

You are right, I didn't mean that the demands were too high or the budget too low. I just listed the rooms that should preferably face south and those that should preferably face north. Geometrically, that's difficult to solve; it's not an excessively high demand. If you feel offended - that was definitely not my intention.

And why should there now be one after all? And: enlighten me why you don't simply continue the previous thread – I don't see any significant change in the situation. The utility room is now more conveniently located, but the office has disappeared ... Why subjunctive?

Because I cannot and do not want to make this decision alone, and my arguments in favor of a gable roof were wiped out except for the aesthetics ... :( ... I could not oppose anything anymore ... hip roof costs at least 9k less, there is also sufficient storage space with the hip roof variant (unfortunately I had to be proven wrong) and since expansion is out of the question, I had no choice but to surrender ... :( The office had to disappear because we already have enough difficulties with the other rooms and I could not contradict the argument that I can have an area in the child’s big kid zone for my twice-a-week home office (and unfortunately don’t need any more space either), so it’s gone now ;)
