Not every provider agrees to that.

This is not an ALL-purpose room but a bathroom, less than 2m wide, I will have problems if the shower (completely on the bottom wall) sprays or I would have to make the window narrower. The staircase runner might shrink from 2.40 to 2.26m. As I said, my brain has been shrinking for days now, since I have chewed over all alternatives. *vomit*

If you have controlled residential ventilation, you could go even higher with the sill height, possibly wider as well, so like a kind of light strip. You don't really need it for ventilation.

Stop bothering me with them, they didn't want to connect my house connection box (self-installed) because it is not their property. (Now I have two boxes standing "laugh") According to their documents, the room only needs to be lockable (against unauthorized access) and then it would be no problem. But I'll have them give it to me in writing again.

Take a look at the technical data to see how much space is allocated for the ventilation system, pump, etc. I don’t know how I’m supposed to fit our building services + laundry into the room.

The drying rack could be moved to the office/elderly bedroom, that wouldn't be a problem.
