You just have to keep in mind that the catalogs are glossy and the listed prices usually only relate to the basics. On top of that come additional costs, landscaping (not to be underestimated), upgrades, kitchen, and so on. That you know exactly what you get (I add: for your money) is simply not necessarily the case. It's no coincidence that there are always threads here where the builder is confronted with one or another - also financial - nasty surprise.

That’s what I meant by still at the beginning. I believe you don’t yet have a realistic sense of the prices and therefore cannot yet assess the value of this property. What I understood: you are not evaluating the market value, but what it is WORTH to YOU. And that is okay too.

In the portal that considers itself a scout.

Do a search Germany price exactly 925000
Living area 200-300
Plot 500-550

The rest should fall into place

scout, copy paste The renovation description. A small part is enough.

I like the house :) It was renovated very nicely and certainly not cheaply.

Thanks. Found it. From my point of view, this part is "the bomb." Renovation probably >400,000 €. Many current builders dream of the bathrooms – me too, as a former one. New build at least 1.5 million, rather more with land/pool.

What surprises me about the property is that it looks like it was just freshly completed, so uninhabited with decorative furnishings ….. you can't see the pool on Google Maps either, it also seems newer. And when I look at the houses to the left and right of the property, this house also seems to be a standard model that was converted …. the surroundings are quite densely built ….
