What surprises me about the property is that it looks like it was just freshly finished, so uninhabited with decorative furnishings ….. you can’t see the pool on Google Maps either, it also seems newer. And if I look at the houses to the left and right of the property, this house also seems to be standard issue that was converted …. the surroundings are built up quite tightly ….
It clearly states in the listing what was done and when. The outdoor facilities are not old yet, just like the extension etc. According to the OP, the seller is a realtor. He will certainly know how to sell a property well. I don’t understand the other arguments. I don’t know what is meant by standard issue there. The plot is not huge but also not unusually small. What has been done there partly belongs in the luxury category. Whether one personally likes it is another matter, but honestly I believe that a considerable discount for the "village location" was already applied at that price. And still, I believe it will sell for significantly more. (If there is no hidden catch that is not apparent)
