I would say, painting, wallpapering, and laying laminate can (almost) be done by anyone themselves, I would save the 11 k€... The house connections also seem a bit overpriced to me at 10,000.- especially since there isn’t even gas included.

The question is whether money is coming in or if the income/expense balance is tightly calculated...

So it is not calculated down to the last cent. Because theoretically, I could manage the financing alone, without my wife's money.... So theoretically.

I did say that after the selection process we were 6000-7000€ more expensive than the house originally cost according to the list, but this amount already includes the 4700€ for the earthquake zone, which were listed separately. So we are only about 1500€ more expensive.

For financing, we have 415,000€, meaning flooring, painting, etc. are all done by ourselves. Of course, garden, garage, etc. we will do if we see what is left over.

That doesn't sound so bad.
Still, I would talk to the bank and explain the situation.
What does the surcharge for the earthquake zone include?

Where exactly have you included construction electricity and water? Where is the rent for the standpipe and construction site electricity box? Where is the consumption? Where is the drainage included?

Surcharge for the earthquake zones are the thicker walls inside at the bottom and top, and something else. I don't remember right now. Construction power and water are "free," so the costs are already included in the house price. Drainage? I can't give you an answer on that right now, so which drainage do you mean?
