And you can possibly reduce the area, as technology and storage rooms disappear into the basement, which also reduces costs.

Top up about €6000. Don't think it's worth it.

But that is then very, very cheap for almost 1000 tons including transport and excavator hours + layer-by-layer compaction etc. etc.
Even if you get the “material“ for free.

I would follow up again regarding the 6,000 euros.
1,000 tons are about 40 truckloads. Roughly calculate 200 euros per load (and that is very little) then you are already at 8,000 euros. There is nothing else included. Excavators, rammers, etc. are also not free. And then the RCL somehow has to be kept in its place. Possibly L-bricks. I can’t believe the 6 thousand.

Me neither, except if it is actually free excavation. Natural gravel cost us (friendship price) 16.- per ton, without installation!!!

I am leaning more towards 20k€ all in.. Of which the base slab and possibly a smaller floor plan, and you only pay "just" 15k€ on top of that..
