So he guarantees me that the sand is not contaminated and has everything in writing. I don't think such a big company can afford that. And to my knowledge, Z0 must not be contaminated.

That is of course complete nonsense. Z0 is even permitted for installation in healing spring protection areas of the highest Zone 4 and has the lowest limit values regarding chemical contamination. It doesn’t get any better than that. If the offered material were contaminated, it would not be Z0. What do you actually think is sleeping in the earth beneath your house? Do you have any idea? Down with the aluminum foil.

...from the declared wages! And always household-related!
That means a household must be maintained in relation to the apartment/house, so the wages must be paid only _after_ moving in.

Am I correct in assuming that I should rather have it compacted for 2000-2500€? Or should/can I do it myself? I watched it yesterday, it’s really no rocket science, just hard work. You need an excavator and a vibrating plate and just drive over it every 20-30cm.

And if something tears in the plate, then someone has to take responsibility? Exactly you! I would have it done. The risk is not worth it to me.

And the surface also needs to be quite flat. So 2000 would be worth it to me. Considering your expenses and time, it's not worth it...
