All that included? Ok, that is comparatively cheap again. Whether it is too cheap is not the question here.

Ok, I am more the type who likes visitors but would prefer them to stay away from my garden or carport. Because there are already valuables in the carport that no peddler should concern themselves with.

That is due to the staircase layout, or rather the choice of the larger room for the bedroom.
If you want to change that, you would have to adjust many things including the staircase, which means a new design.
Katja’s rotation is part of that too.

Then it should be omitted. It does cost living space.

Thanks for the input.

I need to try the house rotation in the 3D program.

Only one parking space is required.

Quickly sketched something:

The second children's room / hobby room moved to the south side.

But because of the walk-in closet, the bedroom is quite small.

Is the kitchen imaginable open with an island without the previous partition walls?

Do you think the floor plan improves because of this?

What goes under the stairs?

Just turn the pantry into a walk-in closet, then you can widen the bedroom to 350.
For me, that gains something, yes

I would first move the door to the living space. The passage through the living room bothers everyone who sometimes wants to relax on the couch. For example, there could also be a window there.
Door to the corner there on the other wall... and then see further

A small shoe cabinet / dresser and the dog

Thanks, I'll try that.
But then there's the problem again that you work in the bedroom and have to pass through to get to the clothes.

I'm not sure if I understood that correctly.
Where is the window?
Something like this? (see attachment)
