Approx. €340,000 for the house, turnkey, underfloor heating, controlled residential ventilation, air-to-water heat pump including kitchen and incidental construction costs (with demolition of an existing building)
All that included? Ok, that is comparatively cheap again. Whether it is too cheap is not the question here.
We actually find the entrance under the carport very appealing, also since it is not immediately visible.
Ok, I am more the type who likes visitors but would prefer them to stay away from my garden or carport. Because there are already valuables in the carport that no peddler should concern themselves with.
I would never place the bedroom facing south if there are other options (in our case, it ended up in the southwest because it just didn’t work otherwise, but as I said, we have no children who then had to be in the dark north). Even if Child 2 will rather be a hobby room/office, I would put that in the sunny area, because you are there during the day, whereas you usually only sleep in the bedroom.
That is due to the staircase layout, or rather the choice of the larger room for the bedroom.
If you want to change that, you would have to adjust many things including the staircase, which means a new design.
Katja’s rotation is part of that too.
I’m not really a fan of a separate dressing room spontaneously.
Then it should be omitted. It does cost living space.
