I’m going to try to work through your posts systematically...
Step 1: Fill out the contact form on the homepage with a few key data and specify desired appointment Step 2: Send the floor plan by email and (that’s how we did it) also specify or send equipment wishes and maybe some example pictures from Pinterest etc. Step 3: Telephone call of about 30 minutes. Here special wishes regarding countertop, color, type of handle, equipment and manufacturer of electrical appliances etc. are then queried. Step 4: Written offer with 2 years validity (!) by email. Allegedly including sketches and views and very transparent regarding cost items – unlike what you know from brick-and-mortar retail. Step 5: Detailed planning discussion via videoconference for 2-3 hours Step 6: Updated offer by email Step 7: In one of the showrooms you can walk through the configured kitchen via VR goggles. Many display kitchens are also there and you can look at samples of countertops, fronts etc.
After step 7 it goes on to ordering, measurement, installation etc.
We have now completed step 3. The offer is supposed to come at the beginning of the week...
We find natural stone quite nice. I told her that too. I think the price probably refers rather to a laminated countertop in oak look, which would also be quite okay for us.
Okay. I don’t really know much about the kitchen manufacturers’ brands. I rather had the impression that there is a provider for every budget, but the tendency is to work more with the high-quality manufacturers.
Anyone who wants can get an impression on the homepage under "Manufacturers".
They have a field service for that. It’s included in the kitchen price.
I’d be happy to.
See my answer above :)
Have a nice Sunday!
How am I supposed to imagine this? Does it all take place online? Upload floor plan, 30 minutes conversation and off you go?

Edit: what kind of countertop is included in those 20k?

Sounds to me (also) more like pretending quality. Especially since I see the mentioned brands more in the low to normal segment, but not

Who does, for example, the floor plan? Who measures afterwards?

Anyway: report how it’s going – I’m curious!
I’d be happy to.
What I cannot imagine is how the consultation takes place?
