Especially because the kitchen was already more than 60% over our stated budget and the seller basically didn’t want to remove anything "because then the kitchen wouldn’t be as nice anymore." Yes, so the offer is there, really very fast. The price is, as expected, not a super bargain: 17,800 EUR for about 7m of base and tall cabinets and about 4.5m of wall cabinets. Kitchen system Häcker Classic. The electrical is a bit expensive, but it also includes a Bora Pure, which already takes up the majority. If I get the electrical myself and leave out the wall cabinets, I’ll probably come in under 15k. But last year I would have gotten a kitchen with a quartz composite countertop for that. Hmm, I’m considering whether to even do the detailed planning appointment.
