Yes, that is the question. Will we then also be able to offer the kitchen offline again.

How am I supposed to imagine that? Does it all happen online? Upload floor plan, 30-minute conversation and off you go? Edit: in this 20k, what kind of countertop is included?

Schüller, Häcker range from mid to lower upper segment depending on the line (Schüller Next 125), Lechner is quite okay, but Burger is rather in the lower price and performance segment. The important thing, as always, is ... 1/3 functional, ergonomic and visually satisfactory planning 1/3 the actual kitchen manufacturer 1/3 the installation of the kitchen

I would be rather skeptical. To me, it also sounds more like pretending quality. Especially since I see the mentioned brands more in the low to mid-range segment, but not

Even though I buy a lot online, I think kitchens are among the items that cannot be satisfactorily purchased online. (Number 1 for me are glasses).
Who, for example, does the layout? Who measures afterwards?
Anyway: report back on how it goes – I’m curious!
(The important exclamation mark!!, as it is almost always found at the end of the reviews ;))

What I cannot imagine is how the consultation proceeds there? Our kitchen studio has invested about 12 hours of planning and consultation without knowing whether an order will result from it.

Well, today there is the possibility of video conferencing. Many kitchen studios also offered this to their local customers during the corona closure periods. It’s not rocket science, and whether I show the customer something on my screen or via video conference. Both work. Samples, etc., were then gladly provided as assembled goods for pickup.
