Experiences with online kitchen studios

If I source the electrical equipment myself and omit the wall cabinets, I'll probably come in under 15k.

According to the consultant, it is possible to omit the electrical appliances. I find the item delivery & installation quite steep, don’t you?

Is it the Bora Pure or Pure X? I would go for the X regardless of the provider; the surface induction is really very practical.

According to my comparisons, it's not that high. Maybe 200-300 more expensive than the cheapest competitor from whom I have an offer.

It's just the Pure. I think I would also get the cooktop myself. My father-in-law can connect everything.

Isn't it possible to do the kitchen installation yourself?

No idea - maybe it depends on the manufacturer? That was the case with my current Nolte kitchen.
Assembling it yourself - well, maybe it depends on how straightforward the planning is. You’re not officially allowed to do the connections, it’s also an insurance issue.
I have to lay out the cards for myself if I really go to Ikea, everything will be in individual parts after all. It’s quite a big task to assemble it all.
The countertop is also a topic where I don’t even know if I would manage it.
I’m confident I can level the cabinets, but getting the gaps of all doors and drawers just right is definitely fiddly.
