I basically see good chances, however, all three floor plans (please again so that the dimension chains are fully visible in the picture) and also the section would be much easier to "read" if you photographed them frontally instead of at an angle. The ceiling plans from the structural engineering would also be very helpful. Maintaining the roof profile makes many things cheaper. The open space especially in combination with the room divider fireplace will bring anything but flair to the overall composition.

Comes tomorrow in much better quality ;)

The room divider is not necessary, nor is the open space ;)

As I see it, the airspace above would be completely bricked up, right? Somehow I can't imagine that working well. Open airspaces, on the other hand, have a sound problem. I would simply enlarge the dressing room above and be happy about the space :)

You are completely right. Airspace is now living space. On the upper floor, I have slightly enlarged the bathroom. Previously, it was way too long. The only problem I still see is that I can't place the dressing room next to the bathroom. That would be nicer. If I swap the dressing room with the master bedroom, then I can only enter the bedroom through the dressing room. That doesn't work. Extending the hallway is also not possible because then the right children's room becomes too small. But I also think that the fact that the children's room now partially adjoins the master bedroom is not so nice. Does anyone have an idea here?

Thanks for the idea. That will be the outcome. It should be significantly more cost-effective ;)
