Especially since the planned children's bathroom is more likely to trigger claustrophobia, with 163 cm rough construction width, it will be a small shower and a narrow toilet area. And in the children's room, not even the 160 cm wide desk fits.

I even understand the OP. It is certainly not nice. So much heart and time from his side is invested in the floor plan and then not a good word is left about it. You really have to digest that.

Hello TE, just tell us briefly how far along everything actually is? How extensive can changes still be? Maybe the ground floor is already in shell construction, then all the "start over" calls won't help anymore....

Only small changes possible?
- I would remove the children's bathroom, it’s not really useful anyway, and the children's room would gain a lot without the bathroom.
- then I would consider whether everyone can manage with just the one large bathroom (kids don’t live at home forever) – if yes, leave the rest as is.
- If no and the master bathroom in the bedroom is a must – then the dressing room disappears and two good bathrooms can be created from the current master bath/dressing room complex.

Still big changes possible?
- Then rethink everything (!) , hard to say without the ground floor.

Best regards GD

The original poster seems to have not expected 100% negative reviews. But burying one's head in the sand doesn't help either.

Is that so? I can somehow understand that.
However, you can actually see here that with Tetris, everything mainstream had to be crammed in at all costs, so that the basic form of quality of life no longer exists. But: they are responsible adults ;)

A brief info from the OP
The planning was already done like this in 2019 and today we can say, we have built correctly for our needs.
We planned the upper floor rather smaller and therefore the ground floor + basement including the granny flat bigger. The separated wardrobe (different waking times) and the relatively small bathroom are completely sufficient for us.

Even the children's rooms came out really nice despite the corners.

But of course, there are different tastes.
