From my point of view, that's too imprecise. A kitchen ranges from €5,000 up to €50,000 (for you I suspect closer to the second number than the first). Suggestion: Create a rough list of all project items and then get the forum to put numbers next to them

On top of that come ceiling, floors and painter 15,000
=> 395,000€
You have already more than covered the ancillary construction costs with 100,000 €.

The only thing that could become difficult are the private special wishes in the equipment.
You only provide information about the technical equipment and I only read the very best and even extras that hardly anyone installs (wind turbine).
If your wishes regarding the rest of the equipment are also at such a high level, it could get tight.

Thank you for the answers, so our wishes are now not as high-end for the rest of the house. I mentioned the windows and doors specifically because in our case this is simply a very big wish and we would rather save a little elsewhere than do without these doors and windows. The wind power system is also not a must, it would just be quite suitable as support for the photovoltaics at night and the Tesla power storage is available very cheaply through an employee.

Plot is in prospect, new development area that is just being developed, 150-200€/m² we have simply reserved although no sizes are known yet, is to be developed by the end of this year.
