Plot is in sight, new development area that is just being developed, 150-200€/m² we simply reserved it even though no sizes are known yet, it is supposed to be developed by the end of this year.

Have you made sure that solid wood is also allowed in the development plan?

Yes, solid wood will be allowed

if you do it all yourself, you can spend a lot less.

You lay tiles yourself? We also lay floor coverings like click design ourselves. But 150 sqm of floor tiles cost money, they also have to be installed, and the wall tiles aren’t free either including waterproofing etc.

We did an enormous amount ourselves on the house. But especially for such "finishing work" I wanted it done by a company. a) because I can’t do it b) because in the end it doesn’t look the way I want it to, especially with wallpapering you can see every little mistake.

Tiling work is already included in our house price, we will do the rest ourselves.

Are my €460,000 now too little for the desired house or is it feasible as a turnkey project?

The general tenor is: basically it is feasible. However, you might have to give up a few extras in the further course of planning and instead include other things in your list. Does it really have to be 200m²? For example, is it clarified whether the heat pump with ground heat exchangers on the property (which do not exist yet?) is sensibly feasible?
