DIY floor plan design for 2 people

I am missing measurements on the floor plan. The wardrobe area does not look deep enough.

The rise of the staircase is not visible.

Who was supposed to use the guest apartment again? Really only occasional guests or someone more permanent?

You can see it one way or the other, I just don't trust those things. That's why there's a locked electrical room in the basement,
and the photovoltaic storage is securely packed as well ;)

I have just added the dimensions, cloakrooms are currently planned with 50cm each, but we could move the partition wall 10cm to the left to gain some more depth.

I hope the dimensions are now readable, the stairs have 17.25 / 28 - 17 risers.

The guest apartment is intended for family and friends when they visit, possibly in old age for a household help or caregiver.
Rental as a separate apartment is not planned.

The floor plans already look much better. I’m curious to see if the architect can make it a bit more stylish. As it stands, it looks like a mix of different styles.

In my opinion, it's not even the floor plans. It's more about the whole concept.

I wouldn't plan the house on the lot like that. For example, a mini garage (5 m wide and a 4 m gate?) in the middle of the house. If possible, I would place it on my living level and next to the house at least 7m * 7m.

I'll wait for the architect's result.
